I love calling Boalsburg and Harris Township home.

Within the Centre Region, no other community matches its natural beauty, character, history, and charm. The villages of Harris Township offer a unique way of life that I want to work to keep for generations to come.
​
I am running for office to preserve those ideals. My wife and I made the decision years ago to raise our children here. And I want to use the business skills and creative thinking I've relied on in my career to help keep Harris Township the treasure it is.
​
I promise to represent working families and all my fellow Harris Township neighbors and make sure everyone feels they have a voice in the important policies and decisions that shape the community we all call home.
​
Harris Township residents are blessed with incredible schools, natural resources, and a rich history that make this area the ideal community to raise a family. I am seeking the opportunity to work hard to protect the very reasons we all call this area home, and position Boalsburg as an example of smart, positive growth within the dynamic State College region.
​
My family and I are already heavily involved in several local community and family programs including Mount Nittany Elementary School, local Girl Scout and Boy Scouts groups, and others. I currently serve as Secretary on the Board for the Happy Valley Special Hockey Association and have previously held Board positions with the Penn State Advertising and Public Relations Alumni Network, the Central Pennsylvania Creative Professionals, and the Student Sharing Coalition in Maryland.

This dedication to service was the inspiration for Team Boalsburg. I want my campaign to be about more than an election. I'm not a career politician, but I am a strong believer in the power of public service. If I can inspire my neighbors to be more active in protecting and building a stronger community, then that will be the true win.

FACING HARRIS TOWNSHIP
WHY I'M RUNNING FOR HARRIS TOWNSHIP'S BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Smart growth, controlled growth, are key to the future of our villages.
​
We live within a dynamic Centre County region that is experiencing significant growth. Harris Township can play a role in that growth, but only with projects that accentuate - not alter - our current way of life.
​
I have been fortunate to work for two large organizations where I've lead important initiatives around smart growth: a Major League Baseball team looking to provide modern amenities to fans while keeping the charm of a classic ballpark, and a digital media leader whose customers demand a history of scientific accuracy in their forecasts.
I know how to manage smart growth, and I am confident I can help guide Harris Township toward a future we can all be proud of.
Safety, beauty, convenience. The Harris Township government does an outstanding job in providing services and supporting programs that maintain these core values. And I hope to be able to continue this work.

I have extensive experience in management, budgeting, and creative thinking... all tools I feel will position me to help make sure your tax dollars are spent in the most effective and efficient ways possible.
​
I will work to keep our families and our communities at the center of all decisions. No decision on transportation, business, finances, zoning, or any area should be made without a focus on the ideals we hold now and the impact on those ideals for our future.
COMMUNITIES
I am blessed. I start each morning with a cup of coffee and a view of the Rothrock State Forest from the back of my home that never ceases to amaze me.

Harris Township's natural resources are treasures and need to be protected for generations to come.
​
I will make certain no decision is ever made to damage these amenities. And, I will work to ensure that our community continues to enjoy the very best parks, trails, gathering places, and natural features that make the Harris Township way of life unique.
